I’m reliably informed that Gladstone House fronts Church Street, and Compton House faces onto Cromwell Street.
Well I am happy to stand corrected but there’s no much of a house facing Church Street? I never heard it called other than Gladstone House,
You have set me thinking and somewhere at the back of my mind is the name “Cobden” House…….as the name of the Building fronting Cromwell St…………..if so we’ll call it a draw!!
Well I dont care what the building’s called to be honest Arnish- i’m more interested in the cake photo! Baked by your own fair hand? What kind?
Also the Stornoway Ssunday ones made me chuckle. Millport looks like that on a Sunday too, but probably for entirely different reasons…
